4. Alliance Shop

4.1 What is an Alliance Shop?

An Alliance Shop refers to any retail store, merchant, or partner business that has entered into an agreement with [Your Shop Name] to accept V-Coins and V-Credit as valid forms of payment. These shops are part of our extended network, where customers can use their accumulated V-Coins or V-Credit for purchases.

4.2 Participating Alliance Shops

The list of Alliance Shops that accept V-Coins and V-Credit will be available on our website and in your account. These shops include physical retail locations, online merchants, or both, which have partnered with us to allow customers to redeem their V-Coins or V-Credit.

4.6 Terms at Alliance Shops

We are not responsible for any disputes between users and Alliance Shops regarding the use of V-Coins or V-Credit. Any issues related to the products, services, or redemption of V-Coins or V-Credit at an Alliance Shop should be addressed directly with the participating shop.

5. Loyalty Program
